Root canal treatment is very technically challenging when done correctly.  Our intention is to be uncompromising in providing quality care.  Advanced technologies aid us in accomplishing this task and have drastically changed the way root canals are being done.  Our doctors and staff are extensively trained and will utilize high powered operating microscopes, 3-dimensional X-rays, and advanced irrigation techniques (Gentlewave).  Be prepared for a better experience than you may have ever had in a healthcare provider's office.  Seriously, just wait:).  We look forward to taking care of you!

Dr. Hoopes was born and raised in Afton, Wyoming.  He attended the University of Utah and received a bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology before moving on to the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.  Dr. Hoopes entered his endodontics residency at the University of Iowa immediately following dental school and served as Chief Resident in the Department of Endodontics.  Upon completion of the residency, he worked as an associate in Southeastern Washington and then relocated to San Juan Endodontics in Farmington, New Mexico where he currently practices.  He became board certified in the specialty of endodontics in 2015.  When not working, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife Brooke and their three boys, Flynn (13), Gabe (8), and Graham (4).
